Continuous supports for linear shafts

While end support blocks support the shaft at the ends only and can be mounted both on a surface and on a wall, shaft supports are normally mounted over the entire length of the shaft and therefore require linear bearing units in open design. They prevent shaft deflection and reduce vibrations.
